Barkelys Deficit Executive Functioning Screener (BDEFS)
Diagnostic Interview for ADHD in Adults (DIVA)
Diagnostic Clarification Report: $250
This comprehensive report will share assessment results, a clinical interpretation of the findings, and diagnosis.
This assessment can not be billed to insurance or submitted for reimbursement

This assessment is for adults who are curious about whether or not they qualify for an ADHD Diagnosis. This assessment will not qualify someone for medication and may or may not be used to determine if someone qualifies for accommodations at work or school.
